What We Do

We bring our honesty and unique perspective and skills as a pediatrician and well-being coach to our relationships with family units. We provide a kind, safe environment that supports families as they envision their healthy future. We provide your family with an accountability partner as you take the steps that promote greater individual and family well-being.

What Can The Family Expect

Family units are complex and unique. The goals of family-based coaching are as varied as each family! Some examples of family coaching:

  • one family member needs to make health changes and the entire family wants to support them

  • resilience training (anxiety and depression prevention work)

  • nutrition and fitness goals

  • topical interventions with teens (i.e., personal values, good choices, social media)
