What medical services do you offer?

Other than lifestyle medicine, individual and group coaching, I offer medical office visits. 

Do you want a low-cost way to check-in with your health? The visit can be in-office or Telehealth as long as you are within the state of Oregon. The first visit includes a one-time patient set-up fee. After that, you can schedule follow-up visits with me for just the cost of the visit. I also offer labs at low prices. What if I just want labs?

I can do that. Sign up for some lab packages here. If you want more customized lab packages, you need an office visit. I want to make sure you get what you need and don't pay for what you don't need. If you are within the state of Oregon, schedule a telehealth or in-person visit here.

Do you see people who are sick?

I'm a specialist at caring for patients who are not feeling well. If you are not sure if this is the right place for you, please call or text me before scheduling, 541-600-2492.

How does payment work?

At the moment, I do not charge insurance. Candid Medical LLCs medical services may be eligible for reimbursement to an HSA or FSA account. Services here are not reimburseable by Medicare or Medicaid or OHP. Payment will be collected at time of service.

Does Candid Medical offer Pediatric or Adult (Internal Medicine) Primary Care?
